- Experience at three automotive Tier 1 manufacturers making transmission components, stamping and robotic weld assemblies and fuel and brake tube bundles in engineering and maintenance management positions spanning six years.
- Engineered to order pump manufacturing as manufacturing manager.
- Aerospace and defense component and assembly machining and manufacturing, managing 35 engineering and quality staff.
- Consumer mixed rigid plastic recycling as engineering and maintenance manager overseeing throughput improvements and the installation of a $7.5 million dollar optical consumer plastic sorting system.
- A total of five years rotating equipment repair centre management in two locations as general manager with profit and loss responsibility.

In all of these locations and positions, Burns Bridge has facilitated substantial improvements to quality, process, throughput, delivery, and bottom line performance.
